PLATINIUM CORPORATION made some firm decisions; it knew

fast. In the very beginning, we only base on Hong Kong and be sure that we are on firm ground, In May of 1997, we
established our first international office in Shanghai, In March of 2000, we start our Hong Kong office, In August of 2001,
we start our Lagos Nigeria office, In December of 2002 Our Xaiman office formally joined our network system.
